A retreat is a time to slow down, to be still, and to restore your spirit— a time that allows you to process your deepest needs, feelings, and values away from the voices and needs of others.
Want to dig a little deeper? Consider adding Spiritual Direction to your retreat. All our Spiritual Directors who have undergone extensive training come from a variety of faith traditions and are trained to listen with compassion, without judgment, and keep confidences.
Ways to retreat:
1. Schedule an individual retreat with or without Spiritual Direction.
2. Extend your stay before or after a program to include some personal retreat time. Please indicate that you would like to turn your program into a retreat when you register for the program.
3. Register for a retreat program. We offer a variety of programs each year focusing on different topics presented in a retreat format. See our programs page for possibilities!
4. Retreat at home. This retreat experience, based on the spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius, can be done in the comfort of your own home. The retreat usually spans a period of six to eight months in which you meet with a Spiritual Director at least twice monthly and set aside a daily prayer time.
Please schedule your individual retreat at least two weeks in advance.
