Simplify Group Dinner Events with Help from Transformatio ns
For carefree volunteer recognition events or office holiday luncheons, let us do the planning.
The menu is developed to your style. Your event could include box lunches, filet mignon, or anything in between.
Last month we created an organic menu for a week-long event.
A group today chose to lunch on golden brown chicken wings with ranch and BBQ dips, followed by a Spudniks baked potato bar with chili, bacon, broccoli, onions, green peppers, cheese sauce, butter and sour cream. They'll also create their own personalized tossed salad and top off the meal with assorted fresh baked cookies, raspberry iced tea, lemonade, pop and milk. (All for only $11.50 per person including drinks and sales tax.)
Tomorrow evening a group is starting with fresh mushroom caps stuffed with vegetables and cheese, shrimp cocktail on ice with sauce and lemon, and roasted red pepper hummus with pita chips. Entrée selections include their choice of seasoned baked pork chops or homemade vegetable lasagna. Sides will include rice pilaf, green bean almandine, a salad bar with all of the fixings, fresh baked dinner rolls, seasonal fresh fruit, coffee, tea and lemonade. The meal will be complete with an assortment of fresh, homemade pies. Yum! (Hard to beat at $16 per person for appetizers, meal, dessert, drinks and sales tax.)
The private dining room, adjacent to the Sisters' dining room, keeps the atmosphere personal and quiet - perfect for holiday toasts, recognitions or other announcements. It seats up to 50 people we're offering it this holiday season for $50, reduced from the normal $85 rate. Food prices include beverages and 6% sales tax. We don't charge gratuity, service charges or "other fees".

The following special holiday fare items are available this fall/winter in addition to our regular menu.
Appetizers
Artichoke Dip - Creamy artichoke dip served warm with crustini $2.50 per serving
Pumpkin Dip - Warm pumpkin dip served with vanilla wafers $1.95 per serving
Coconut Shrimp - Coconut breaded shrimp served with pineapple salsa. $5.95 per serving, 5 shrimp per serving
Chicken and Pineapple Kabobs - Grilled chunks of fresh pineapple, peppers, onion and tender marinated chicken. $4.95 per serving, 2 kabobs per serving
Entrees
Meat entrées are accompanied by a deluxe tossed salad, vegetable, starch, coffee and tea
Chicken Marsala - Sautéed chicken breast served with a marsala wine sauce. $8.95 per serving
Honey Mustard Glazed Grilled Salmon - Grilled salmon filet served with a honey mustard sauce. $10.95 per serving
Italian Parmesan Flounder - A filet of flounder with an Italian seasoned parmesan crust. $8.95 per serving
Beef Tenderloin Tips - Tender beef tenderloin tips with a mushroom cream sauce served over buttered egg noodles. $9.50 per serving
Linguini w/Garlic Herb Butter and Marinara Sauce - Linguini noodles offered with a garlic herb butter and marinara sauce, tossed salad, garlic bread, coffee and tea. $6.95 per serving
Desserts
Homemade ButterFinger Pie - The creamy chocolate and peanut butter goodness of Butterfinger candy served in a chocolate graham cracker crust $2.95 per serving
Chocolate or Holiday Red Raspberry Mousse - Light, cold, creamy mousse $2.95 per serving
Menu items are available for groups of 20-50 people with events during October, November and December 2009.
Offer your guests the choice between two different entrées at no additional charge. Be sure to tell your coordinator how many servings you'll need of each entrée.
Although our meals are served buffet style, we only prepare the quantity ordered. If some members of your group are hearty eaters, please order extra servings. | |
